Prayer Circle Around The Jail

Annual Prayer Circle around the jail – Friday, May 3rd, 5:15 PM This short, special time of prayer for the inmates, staff and their families lasts about 30 minutes.The estimated number of adults and children needed to cover the four streets is 500 people. We (FCC) will all be together in one section anyone/everyone is welcome INCLUDING KIDS. Please let Vicki Poore know if you plan to attend as they like to get an estimate ahead of time to assign us a section of sidewalk.
The Jail is located in downtown Winston-Salem at 201 N. Church Street.
There is plenty of street parking:
- On Second St. E. between N. Main St. and N. Chestnut St. (beside the jail)
- On N. Church St. between Third St. E. and Second St. E. (front of the jail)
- On N. Chestnut St. between Third St. E. and Second St. E. (back of the jail)
Additional Parking:
- Entrance on N. Chestnut St. between Third St. E. and Second St. E. (across from back of the jail)
- Entrance on N. Chestnut St. between Second St. E. and E. First St. (in lower lot beside the jail)
