God himself defined marriage in Genesis Chapter 2. God’s design for marriage between a man and a woman was not only a sexual union but it is also a spiritual union.
Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous. Hebrews 13:4
Marriage can be dishonored by:
- divorce
- living together outside of marriage
- adultery
- neglect
- redefinition
Unfortunately, this world has left many lives, marriages and families in shambles.Reconciliation is the best option, when possible. We must allow God to cover a multitude of sins and work though differences.
